Our Classes
We offer a variety of classes to meet the needs of each student. From beginner to advanced, we have classes in karate, aikido, and slow form 24-step tai chi. Our classes are designed to improve focus, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while teaching valuable self-defense.
The program offered is for all levels.
